Injection and Compression moulding departments manufacture products such as Bearing Pads and Expansion Joints for Bridges and earth-quake resistant buildings, Track Pads for armoured vehicles, Pipe Seals for Sewage and other media, Fender systems for ports and jetties. The Extrusions department produces various types of profiles; Lining department undertakes external coating of Riser Pipes and internal lining of Vessels, Tanks & Pipes, etc. Polyurethane department produces technically advanced products using thermoplastics/thermosets.
H.N.D General Trading factory can install Soft Rubber, Semi-Hard Rubber, Duplex compound, Triplex in various combinations based on Natural/synthetic Rubber lining to the complete satisfaction of the clients and third party inspectors. Linings are chemically bonded to the parent structure to provide protection from corrosive and abrasive attack as well as protecting the media handled from contamination from the parent structure. The vulcanization is effected by cold or hot process depending on the requirement.
